About the author

After graduating with a B. Com and B. Acc degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 1984, Chris Sloane qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 1986.

He worked in corporates until 1993, when he started his own accounting practice for small businesses and trusts; he handles the tax affairs of over 450 individuals. He also acts as an executor for deceased estates and has facilitated numerous courses on ‘Finance for Non-Financial Managers’.
