About the author

Sue Fuller-Good was born in 1968 in Johannesburg, South Africa. She studied physiotherapy at the University of Cape Town and later did her masters degree at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.

Sue has spent most of her time in clinical practice (her first love) helping patients with pain and disability. She is trained in coaching, in mindfulness practice and in mind-fulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy (Harvard Medical School). She has worked in the mind space as well as the body space for almost her whole career.
