Elevating the Power of Shaping your Experiences

By Lerato Gunguluza

The Awareness Effect has been chosen for the Exclusive Books Recommended Reading promotion for February 2021.

Our purposeful awareness enables us to consciously steer our choices and orchestrate the nature of our life experiences as we tap into the universal mind.

The art of shaping our experiences

In The Awareness Effect, the author uncovers the components that allow us to direct and drive the reality we produce in our lives. Introduced in the pages within, is the four-phase approach, an awareness tool we can utilise as we fine-tune the art of shaping our experiences.

Many have paid lip service to the adage ‘Your attitude determines your altitude’. This book is a departure from the norm – it shows you how you can sink or swim, purely on the basis of what you choose to occupy your thoughts with.

– Don Makatile, Literary Journalist

Lerato’s clear, concise way of explaining how we each craft our individual life experiences is incredibly enlightening. Each time I read this book, I have anew ‘Aha!’ moment. Her practical examples make it easy for anyone to see how to apply these principles and deal better with the situations in which they find themselves.

– Sheena Carnie, Fresh Eyes Editor

It’s profound. It’s powerful. It’s a revelation. It requires a ‘read-reflect-reset’ approach.

– Mlu Mathonsi, Corporate Executive and Life Coach
