About the author
Tembeka Ngcukaitobi is an advocate of the High Court, specialising in Public Law. He holds the degrees of BProc, LLB (Unitra), LLM (Rhodes) and LLM (London School of Economics and Political Science), and is an adjunct professor of public law at the University of and Nelson Mandela University.
He formed part of the EFF legal team arguing for the state capture report to be released in the North Gauteng High Court. Ngcukaitobi is the author of the best selling The Land Is Ours.
