We work closely with building product manufacturers and service providers across South Africa’s construction sector. A common question we hear is: “How do we get our products specified by architects?” This is a critical challenge that many face. Getting specified by architects early in the design process can secure a project, or result in missing out entirely.

In recent months, SABS has faced growing scrutiny. Allegations of maladministration and mismanagement have led to a comprehensive investigation by the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (DTIC).

The ISO 56000 series of Innovation Management standards is a family of standards published by ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation), in collaboration with approximately 50 other countries, that is aimed at providing guidance to organisations on how to manage innovation better and benchmark their related activities and programmes.
