Nobody likes a know-it-all. South Africa is entering a new phase of traffic enforcement. The City of Cape Town is seeking legal approval. It aims to introduce Artificial Intelligence (AI) cameras. These systems will detect seatbelt and cellphone violations. In this context, AI traffic cameras are becoming central to enforcement reform.
